Jaydon Souter is a PhD Candidate and Graduate Teaching Fellow in Law at the School of Law and Social Justice, University of Liverpool. His research lies principally in the fields of EU public health law, consumer protection, digital law, and internal market law. His thesis focuses on the regulation of the digital marketing of alcoholic beverages and brands at both EU and national levels.
